As Stream Danmaku provides immediate access to digital services and features upon subscription activation, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns if legally required in some jurisdictions. However, under normal circumstances outside of statutory requirements, subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
